Buddha Zhen reads the TABLE OF CONTENTS to elaborate on the entire semester of 16 sections. Each section is one week of classes.

Each semester is also a semester of progression. Over the four semesters of the Shaolin Chi Mantis BEGINNER PROGRAM students learn to develop physically in balance and coordination during first semester. Second semester is Qigong breathing and meditation advancement. In third semester self-defense, push hands and sticky hands…

The requirement for this first semester to graduate is to videotape and upload you the student performing the ENTIRE Yang Tai Chi Chuan Short Form of Shaolin Chi Mantis.

Every month students of the Shaolin Chi Mantis ONLINE KWOON have to submit videos of their Tai Chi Chuan progress.
